Team USA Update

We were able to talk to the English class today where Abe, Ellie, Nicole, Scott and Matt each talked with a group of about 3-4 students. The professor had us help them with their homework then we were able to walk through Gospel tracks with them. Ellie thinks one student got saved! It rained most of the day so we spent a lot of time huddling under awnings packed with people - prime time to talk to people! We again ran into many familiar faces at Bible study and playing volleyball. Praises to God for bringing us so many people to share with—people just kept walking up to us wanting to play! For dinner, we were joined by a really excited Christian named Robert who only spoke Spanish and was very pumped to hang out with us. Our favorite line from him was "What political party are you part of?" "I'm a part of POJ - Party of Jesus!" At bible study today we sang worship songs and were so encouraged by the enthusiasm shown by many of our new friends - they love to sing!

We have invited so many students to the 'goodbye party' tomorrow so prayers for logistics—that we can get food to campus, etc. and that we can leave a lasting impression of Christ's love on the students we have met and are so sad to have to leave! All in all - GOD IS SO GOOD!
